From analysis to optimization

Over the past 15 years, I have had the privilege of participating in over 100 Odoo implementation projects, accumulating vast experience in different sectors and business contexts.

These projects allowed me to face very diverse requirements and challenges, ranging from the corporate world, characterized by complex processes and articulated structures, to SME manufacturing, often focused on operational efficiency and resource optimization.

This journey has given me the opportunity to develop a versatile and results-oriented approach, capable of adapting to the specificities of each client. Thanks to a thorough knowledge of business dynamics and the potential offered by Odoo, I am able to accompany organizations through all phases of the project, from preliminary analysis to final optimization.


Providing value

More than 70% of ERP implementation projects do not achieve the expected success. Some are prematurely interrupted, many others fail to meet initial expectations. These failures often result from inadequate planning, unclear objectives, or the inability to involve the right people in the decision-making process.

To be successful, it is essential to understand what the right path to follow is before even starting the work. This means thoroughly analyzing the organization's requirements, defining realistic and measurable objectives, and designing a plan that takes into account resources, timelines and available skills.

Every phase of the project, from planning to implementation, through the training and post-launch support phase, must be designed to generate tangible and perceptible results. It's not just about respecting a schedule or implementing new features: real success is measured by the ERP system's ability to create concrete value for the organization, improving processes, reducing inefficiency and supporting growth.
